Husch You don't need to be concerned, especially when only adding one picture per day.
The photos are compressed when they are being added so each photo takes around 100-250KB of space. You can also change the compression to "lower", then the file size is a bit larger.
Those photos are stored on the phone, but even when you add a picture every day for five years, the database would only be around 200 MB large
