Default template it shows "Heading" instead of Dear Diary

Diarium version: 2.9.15.0
OS + version: 11, Build 25140
Default template setting shows a drop-down menu, but clicking it does not show any other options at all.
Also, in Default template it shows "Heading" instead of Dear Diary, and now all of my prior entries show "Heading" at the top.

I don't understand what exactly the bug here is.
As you can see in another recent forum post here, the community decided that "Heading" is a better heading placeholder than "Dear diary". It's only a placeholder, you can change it to any text you wish
