HI! I've purchased the pro version through the app and I want to be able to use the app both on my laptop and my phone. All links for the windows version is asking me to purchase the app? Do I need to purchase again to use the desktop version?

Great so once I buy on both platforms and login with same account it should sync?
For example I bought it on google play initially with a Gmail account and want to now buy it for my laptop through windows. But it's asking me for my Hotmail/outlook login. Will it still sync if I'm buying through different email addresses?
Yes, the account that you buy the app with has no impact on how you can use the app. You could use completely different Cloud accounts for the sync.

How can I download it on my work computer without purchasing it once again? They are both windows but I cannot find a log in option for the PC version. Thanks!
The license is bound to the Store Account you buy the app with. So you would need to login to the Microsoft Store app with that account and then download the app using that account.
I have purchased downloaded the google app and purchased the windows app from the Microsoft store and purchased the windows app from the website and I keep on getting the message when I launch the installer that windows cannot install package because another package with same name already exists. but that means I have paid for the app twice and i also cannot find it anywhere on my system to uninstall and try again. how do I resolve this?
Why did you buy the app twice? 🙂 Did the version from the Store not work? I can refund you the purchase you did through my website. You can uninstall Diarium just like any other app, just right click it and select "uninstall"...
